Chat that keeps moving
General conversation, hot takes, advice, memes and the daily chaos of a busy group chat.
Indian Discord server
The Gossipers is a 1,00,000+ member Discord community for Hindi, English and Hinglish conversations. It is busy during the day, warmer at night and structured enough that a new member can find a place without knowing anyone.

The short version
Some people come for the general chat. Some only want a voice channel while they study. Others show up for game nights, anime episodes or the meme channel. The Gossipers is built so those are all valid ways to use it.
General conversation, hot takes, advice, memes and the daily chaos of a busy group chat.
Join muted, listen for a while, or stay until the call turns into a 2am philosophy session.
Casual lobbies, custom matches and people who care more about a good game than a perfect rank.
Weekly episodes, recommendations and spoiler-safe discussions for people at every level of fandom.
Game nights, watch parties, voice hangouts and giveaways that you can join without a big commitment.
Clear rules, active moderators and a reporting path that does not require a public argument.
The rooms
You do not have to introduce yourself in five places at once. Pick one room, read the room and reply when something catches your attention.

Indian time zones get a bad reputation in global servers because the “active” window is often someone else’s morning. Here, the schedule is built around the people who are actually in the room.
Good-morning messages, memes, exam panic and the occasional “did anyone else see this?” link.
People drop in between classes or work. Chats wander. Someone starts a food debate.
Gaming channels fill, voice calls get busy and the event crew starts tagging everyone who signed up.
The chat gets slower, the conversations get deeper, and the lofi playlist comes back on.
Is this your kind of place?
The Gossipers is not trying to be everything to everyone. It is a social community with a specific rhythm. Here is the honest version of who tends to enjoy it.
Joining
The invite opens the server in Discord. You will see the onboarding flow, the rules channel and the main community spaces. Take a minute to read the rules before posting — it makes the rest of the experience smoother for everyone.
You do not need to write a long introduction. A simple “hi” in the introductions channel is enough, and it is also fine to say nothing at all for a few days. If you want a starting point, the make friends guide walks through the first week without the pressure.
If voice is your thing, read the Hindi voice chat guide. If you are here for games, the gaming page explains how squads and lobbies tend to work. And if you just want to compare communities first, the Indian server checklist is a good place to start.
Before you join
Yes. The Gossipers is an Indian community with members across India and the diaspora. Hindi, English and Hinglish are all part of the everyday chat, and the busiest hours follow Indian timings even though people join from other time zones too.
No. You can use English, Hindi or a mix of both. Many members switch languages depending on who is in the conversation. If you understand one of the two, you will be able to settle in.
There is no strict server time zone. Events and the busiest voice hours usually follow IST because most members are in India, but people drop in from other countries as well. Check the event announcements for the exact time.
The community has more than one lakh members. The counters on this site use Discord’s public invite data and refresh every few minutes, so the exact members and online numbers move throughout the day.
The Gossipers is free to join, active through Indian hours and open to anyone who wants a real conversation — not just another server that dies after a week.
