Events and community nights
Game nights, watch parties, voice hangouts and giveaways inside The Gossipers. No mandatory attendance, no complicated sign-up maze — just a reason to show up and hang out.
What’s on rotation
The exact schedule changes, but these are the formats the community comes back to. Each one is designed to be easy to join and easy to leave.

Community pick
Anime episodes, films and the occasional chaotic group watch. Bring snacks, avoid spoilers and enjoy the commentary in chat.
Chill
Low-pressure VC sessions for people who want company without a full conversation. Listen in, study, work or just exist with other members.
Occasional
Occasional giveaways, community challenges and small surprises. Follow the event announcements in Discord so you do not miss one.
How it works
Event nights are run by members and moderators who volunteer their time. The goal is a good session, not a production. If something goes wrong, people adjust and carry on.
A post goes up with the event, time and what you need to bring. It usually includes a reaction role or sign-up prompt.
People gather in the event channel or voice room a few minutes early. Teams are sorted, rules are explained and the call settles in.
Games, episodes or conversation. The host keeps things moving and makes sure new people are not left on the sidelines.
The event ends, but the call often does not. People stay to talk, share clips and ask when the next one is.
An honest note
Community events are not a product with a permanent timetable. They depend on who is free, what game or show people are excited about and how much energy the hosts have that week. Publishing a rigid calendar here would be inaccurate within days.
The reliable place to check is the server itself. Join The Gossipers, look at the events or announcements channel and see what is actually coming up. If you are not sure whether an event is beginner-friendly, ask in chat. Someone will tell you.
If you want to suggest something, do it. Some of the best sessions start with a member saying “would anyone be up for this?” The gaming pageand anime page are good places to see the kind of events that fit the community.
Event etiquette
Events are supposed to be fun. A little preparation and basic respect keep them that way for everyone, including the people hosting.
Before you show up
The current schedule lives inside the Discord server in the events or announcements channels. Dates move around based on what the community is doing, so the server is more reliable than a static calendar on this website.
Some events use a simple reaction or sign-up message so the hosts can plan teams and timing. Others are drop-in. The event post will say which one it is.
Yes. Community events are free to join. You only need a Discord account and, for some voice or gaming events, the ability to join the relevant channel or lobby.
Nothing happens. Events are optional and repeat in different forms. You can catch the next one, ask for the recap in chat or just enjoy the regular conversations in between.
Yes. If you have an idea for a game night, watch party or community activity, share it in the appropriate channel or ask a moderator. Not every idea becomes an event, but suggestions are welcome.
Join The Gossipers and check the events channel. The next game night or watch party might be closer than you think.
